Whatever your role, there are some skills you need:

Health, Safety & Quality: Your personal safety, and that of others, is our number one priority. Through your positive attitude to safety and risk management, you’ll work on your own or with others to reduce risks and ultimately, avoid accidents wherever you are. You’ll consistently follow and promote set procedures to make sure you’re complying with standards and safe working practices. There’s no room for complacency in our business.

Team-working: You will be able to work effectively, in a team or on your own, to achieve team objectives. Your flexible approach to constantly evolving situations, requirements and priorities will ensure you remain effective and resilient in the face of challenge. Through your positive attitude you will share your knowledge, be open to change and value the contributions of other team members. After all, it’s only what you would expect in return.

Communication: You will listen and take personal responsibility for communicating information and expressing ideas, clearly, warmly, accurately and concisely, using the appropriate means and style.

|
Develop yourself: Regardless of whether you’re a Trainee or a Senior Manager, you’ll take responsibility for developing your skills to perform your job more effectively. Of course, you’ll not be expected to do it alone, the company will provide you with the resources and training to do so. If you have a specialist skill, you’ll be expected to assist with the development of others.

Planning & Organising: You’ll be able to plan and organise your own time and tasks effectively so you can meet your objectives – be they personal or professional.

Customer Focus: Our client relationships are critical to the success of the business, whether they are internal or external. You’ll have the ability to respond professionally and innovatively to satisfy the needs of such customers.

Problem Solving: Continuous improvement is what we’re all about. If you can see where improvements can be made, you’ll be encouraged to identify appropriate solutions, either individually or as part of a team.
