Selection Process

 
 
 
The first step is to complete the online application form. Within 24 hours you’ll be sent an email confirming receipt of your application, and you’ll find out whether you’ve been successful within 28 days. Next comes a short face-to-face or telephone interview designed to find out more about you and your skills. You’ll then be invited to an assessment centre involving a company presentation, group exercise, technical and behavioural interview and psychometric tests. After that you’ll have just two weeks to wait to hear our final decision, when a member of the Graduate Recruitment Team will contact you in person.
 
If you’ve been successful, our working relationship will begin the moment you’re given the good news and you’ll have two weeks to respond to your contract and offer. By this point in the selection process we’ll have decided that you’re the right person for us, so hopefully you’ll agree!
